Montecepas Bonarda Rosé

Variety:  100% Bonarda Rosé.
Region:  Rivadavia, Mendoza Argentina.
Altitude:  650 msnm


Color:  Light pink with brilliant relfections.
Aroma:  Strawberries, raspberries and sweet red fruits.
Taste:  Fresh, fruity with a tangling sensation from the balanced acidity.
Drinking Temperature:   Between 7º and 10º Celsius (45º and 50º F).


Elaboration:   Traditional, with pneumatic pressed.
Fermentation:  In stainless steel tanks. Selected yields, controlled temperature to 17º Celsius.
Enological technique:  The skins are in contact with the grape juice for 12 hours, then they are separted. Cold maceration during 10 hours at 8º Celsius. Pneumatic pressed and no malolactic fermentation.
